Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 14-30 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for US, $5.99 for International applies to all orders.  Free shipping option available on orders $24.95 and over.

Some items ship from different manufacturers.  Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packing and/or separate dates.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gameboymart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
